ALMA CECILIA is a 360m² modern single-floor house set on 2 hectares of private land surrounded by centennial cork oak trees, tall pines, rice fields, and horse stables.
Designed with skylights, wooden shutters, and large bay windows, the property features an outdoor swimming pool, chicken coop, and organic vegetable garden.
Creative Haven
Founded in 2026, ALMA CECILIA Artists’ Residency welcomes national and international artists, researchers, curators (writers, translators, painters, musicians, composers) wishing to reconnect with nature.
Located in Santo Estêvão, Ribatejo, Portugal — just 40 minutes away from Lisbon, with the nearest village 5km away providing all local amenities.

Two spacious 23m² bedrooms featuring queen and king size beds, dedicated creative work desk, and a shared bathroom with shower and bathtub.
